The primary objective of A.T. Consultants is to provide high-quality services, so that the services offered, meet the requirements of the customer. In order to ensure the implementation of the above Quality Policy, A.T. Consultants has developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS), which includes all its functions in accordance with the International Standard ISO 9001:2015. Through the Quality Management System, our Company has committed itself to its customers for the following: > To do whatever it says. > To behave honestly, consistently and respectfully to its customers. > To offer value to its customers, through the level of services it offers. ➢ To focus on its customers, looking at their complaints directly, and anticipating their desires and demands. ➢ To invest in education and improvement of its human resources. > To encourage and stimulate the creativity of its employees. > To continuously improve the quality of its services with the active participation of its employees. > To continuously improve its performance by making better use of its resources. ➢ To modernize its organization to respond to changes in the environment. On the basis of the above, every employee of the company is committed to make use of the training provided and the means available to him to comply with the Quality Management System Procedures and to contribute to its continual improvement. The Quality Policy applies to all stages of service provision and is reviewed whenever is necessary. It is available to the public and to all relevant stakeholders.
